We will pick you up at your hotel or place of accommodation within the urban perimeter of Bogotá. Outside this perimeter, it can lead to extra costs.
Keep in mind for your reservation that on Mondays and national holidays the Gold Museum is not in operation and on Tuesdays the Botero Museum is not in operation, therefore these points will be replaced by another of the many museums available in the area.

08:30 a.m. We arrive at Monserrate Hill, two miles above sea level await the main balcony and tutelary hill of Bogotá, a place for devotion and spotting the splendor of this city.
09:30 a.m / Chorro de Quevedo’s Square: Among the cobblestone bricks, you’ll see the origins of Bogotá and the day-to-day life of the locals. A mix of tradition and bohemia.
10:00 a.m / Botero’s Museum: Time to find the inspiration between 208 pieces of national and international authors. Art at its finest.
11:00 a.m. Time for a coffee break and check some iconic handicrafts of Bogotá, plenty of options to take a souvenir with you.
11:30 a.m / Bolivar’s Square: Here history takes place, have a glimpse of the shaping of a dynamic and convulsed country, 7 ancient buildings rise up as witnesses of the past, present and tomorrow of a nation.
12:00 p.m / Gold’s Museum: The roots of Bogotá are the roots of Colombia. Discover where do we come from, treasures and sacred beings await you there.
01:00 p.m / Typical Santafereño lunch: We’re going to have a taste of the most typical food from Bogotá, the flavor of tradition.
(Due to the days of maintenance of the museums and according to the booking day for which the reservation is made, we can change the museums to visit. Optional: Santa Clara Museum, Miguel Urrutia Museum of Art, or the Mint House Museum.)

To Discover Bogota past and present. Nestled into the Andean mountains at 3,100 M.A.S.L. (10,200 ft), the Monserrate hill will make you feel renovated by the pure air of the Mountains. Indulge yourself with a traditional appetizer at the Historic Santa Clara French Café, while being amazed by the city’s panoramic view from your seat at the top of the Hill. Next, live a unique encounter between the colonial heritage, the republican and art-deco buildings, and the political history of Colombia’s contemporary times, while walking over the cobbed-stone roads of the old town. In this lovely neighborhood, you will find the Botero Museum where we will admire a collection of fine art from local and world-known artists, the historic Chorro de Quevedo Square, we will finish our visit to La Candelaria at Bolivar Plaza, finding the Presidential Palace, The National Congress Building, The City Mayor Building and the Justice Palace. Finish the day visiting the Gold Museum. Home of the goldsmith masterpieces from the pre-Columbian indigenous cultures. After visiting the museum, your driver and guide will be in charge to take you safely back to your hotel o preferred destination.
